Tivo and Conference perfect!!!

This past year we haven't had cable and it has been nice and quiet. Instead of watching mindless TV we are forced to either pick out a movie or just hang out together as a family. And the kids play much more then they did before. However with conference coming we decided to get cable back maybe just for a month or so. Well with prices and packages as they were getting digital cable and tivo was only 10 dollars more a month, So we though we will try it out and see if it is worth it. SO SO SO WORTH IT!!!!! Watching conference with two toddlers running around needed us every second is so stressful or at least was before the power of the pause button. We kept the girls full and had tons of activities and toys to keep them busy which always helps. But of course they are kids and they fight. So instead of trying to listen while watching fight come on we simply paused conference, took care of the girls, and then resumed where we were. And if by some reason things took a while and we forgot what they were talking about we simply rewind! Ahh after watching conference like this I will never be able to go back... (or at least as long as it is this cheap!) I totally enjoyed all eight hours and can say for the first time I watched it all totally relaxed in my own home. Plus it was fun to have the girls sit and tell me that the papa's were talking!
