surgery scheduled

After meeting with the surgeon today we have at least one answer, surgery will be Friday. Once they get in there they will do a freeze biopsy to see if the growth is malignant and then go from there. All in all the surgery should only take max, they suspect 2 hours and that includes the wait for the pathologist to do the biopsy and everything so that is good. And as long as Damon does well with the anesthesia and surgery we should be home that night. We will update more I suppose Saturday!

Dress rehearsal

Grandma's Visit

We took a little trip to Deann Rose Farmstead, we love going there!

 We attempted for the second time to catch a fish!

 And it was a success!

Blessing

Grandma and Uncle Keith got to come out for Damon's Baby Blessing which as a great treat. We are hoping they get to come out for Layla's Baptism this year as well but we shall see.

I just adore this guy and I am so glad I know he is mine for all eternity!

Photo catch up

Lately things have been a bit crazy around our house. The girls have finished up their school year which leaves me with a second grader and first grader.... I really am trying to handle this well but my kids are WAY too grown up all of a sudden!

Brian is almost done with school for the summer he has one last test this week (thanks to some crazy last minute stuff this test could be anytime since he may have to reschedule it early, we shall see)!

I am busy busy getting all catch up on what I need to do in my new role as the PTO 2nd Vice President at the girls elementary. I don't know why I thought this sounded good but it is too late now I am diving on in. It isn't that hard just a bit time consuming this month (of course the really crazy month!).

All in all we are good and surviving. We have lots of crazy drama around us but we will talk about that in another post. This is all about posting the photos I love but have yet to share! Enjoy!

These two are from a build a bear birthday party Isa went to for a close friend at school. 

Layla felt really sick but she brought a stuffed animal and hung out with mom. I of course was HUGE and pregnant since it was just a few days before Damon came. 

Then the Sunday before Damon arrived the girls did a spa day in Layla's room. These are their dolls all set up. I don't have a photo of me all done up but just picture a huge 9 month me just like these dolls.... Pretty I know~!

EASTER SUNDAY 

First time getting Damon out and about 

This year for Easter Saturday we went to Nikki and Bills *close family friends* for their neighborhood easter egg hunt. It was a blast and the girls did great. Even little Jheda did well. Later we had lunch and the girls had an adventure in the toy room. I will post Layla's story about that soon!
