Surgery for sure!

After seeing the doctor yesterday we have scheduled Layla's adenoid and tonsil removal first thing in the morning Thursday the 21st. We will hopefully come home that night if she is able to drink, if not then they will watch her overnight so that she gets enough fluids. She also might have allergies that have been mimicking croup. So they are going to do allergy testing by drawing some blood while she is under anaesthesia. I am feeling more calm about the surgery itself but have to have anaesthesia has me worried... just because she is so dang tiny. At 2 1/2 she weights 24 pounds on a good day. But we will trust the doctors and then pray a lot! We just love this little girl too much to see anything bad happen to her. Wish us luck!
